Today we are preparing a very tasty cheese dessert in the form of a roll of pita bread with cheese and peaches. The dish is tender, juicy, and fragrant. Instead of peaches, you can use pineapples, plums, pears, and other berries or fruits in the filling.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For the cheese filling, put the cheese and half of the sour cream in a bowl. If the cheese is not very grainy, you can not add sour cream.
  2. Add sugar, and beat 2 eggs.
  3. Using an immersion blender, turn everything into a homogeneous mass.
  4. Canned peaches cut not too finely, add to the filling. Stir.
  5. To grease, mix one egg and the remaining sour cream.
  6. Spread pita bread on the table. Spread the filling evenly, leaving a couple of inches free from the edges.
  7. Start twisting into a roll, make a few turns, then wrap the edges and continue.
  8. A tight, tight roller should come out. Translate it into a form of the appropriate size or on a sheet. Using a brush, lubricate with the prepared sour cream-egg mixture.
  9. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cheese dessert is ready. Before serving, it is better to let it cool down a bit, then you can cut it neatly.
