Peel and grate the garlic. Mix with cottage cheese, egg, yolk, Provencal herbs, paprika, pepper and salt. Grind with an immersion blender into a smooth paste.

Bring water to a boil in a wide saucepan (about 2 L) and season with salt. Dip a knife into boiling water, cut off 2 cm wide pieces of sausages and throw them into a saucepan. Cook until float, about 4 minutes. Serve with yogurt and tomato sauce, garnished with basil.
