Boil the quinoa in salted water until tender. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add chopped butter (room temperature) to the cheese, season with salt and pepper, add paprika. Add boiled quinoa, sifted flour and baking powder.
Knead the dough, add a little flour if necessary. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll it out into a thin layer on a floured surface, level the edges of the rolled circle with a plate.
Divide the circle into 8 segments. Use a cocktail straw to make holes in each cookie.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 190-200 degrees.
