Cheese Sauce With Basil For Pasta

Ingredients

• milk 1 glass
• grated cheese 200 g
• butter 50 g
• flour 2 tbsp
• caraway
• basil
• vegetable oil
• ground black pepper
• salt

Directions

1. Heat vegetable oil, add flour, fry.
2. Slowly pour a glass of milk, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
3. Add grated cheese, stir continuously.
4. Sprinkle with herbs.
5. Add melted butter, stir.
6. Drizzle over the pasta or simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
