Cheesecake in 5 Minutes

This recipe was shared by my niece, who is 12 years old. This recipe is very easy, even an inexperienced housewife can handle it. I often cook this delicate delicacy! I really liked it!

Ingredients

• cottage cheese - 200 g.
• egg - 1pc
• sour cream - 2 tablespoons
• vanillin - a pinch
• sugar - 2 tablespoons
• butter - 30 g.
• cocoa powder for sprinkling
• cookies - 50 g.

Directions

1. The first step is to prepare the base for the mini cheesecakes. To do this, grind the cookies in a blender, add the melted butter, stir and put in cups where the cheesecakes will be served. Tamp the crumbs well.
2. Mix cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanillin and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
3. Put the finished curd filling in each glass and put in the microwave for 3 minutes.
4. Cool the finished cheesecake to room temperature, garnish with cocoa powder if desired and refrigerate for an hour. Then you can enjoy a delicate dessert.
