Chicken cutlets with cornmeal

  1. - I took chicken breasts (but pre-marinated them a little in the leftover adjika - I had to attach a spoon), but you can take any part of the chicken you like. Minced thighs will be even softer and juicier!
  2. Grind the meat in a blender or meat grinder, add the egg, flour and spices. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Form cutlets with wet hands and place in the pan. Fry over fairly high heat on one side, turn over, reduce heat and cover. Fry until tender.
