  1. Chop the chicken into pieces. Pour flour into a bag. Salt the chicken, you can add a pinch of hops-suneli, put it in a bag and shake it thoroughly.
  2. Put the chicken in a cold stewpan, chopped onion and carrot on top, bay leaf, add water and put on low heat for about 30-40 minutes (or more) until the chicken is cooked. Add water if necessary, you can stir it once if it starts to burn.
