  1. Prepare the chicken for the soup. Cut the carcass into portions, put in a saucepan with 3 liters of water and bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 30 minutes. Peel the onions and carrots, wash the celery.
  2. Cut carrots and celery into thick slices for the soup. Wash the greens and tie them into a bouquet. Add vegetables and herbs to the soup. Cook for another 1 hour. For 20 minutes. until tender, add bay leaf, turmeric, salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare dumplings for chicken soup. Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. You can just chop it very finely.
  4. Boil half a glass of water, add butter and gradually, stirring, add flour, lightly salt. Stir the mixture thoroughly, remove from heat.
  5. Transfer the dough to a bowl, add eggs one at a time. Combine with onions, garlic and herbs. Using two teaspoons, mold the dough into dumplings and dip in boiling salted water. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove the fat from the surface of the chicken soup, remove the onion and the herb bouquet. Arrange the dumplings and chicken pieces on plates, pour over the hot soup. Serve.
