Chicken fillet with zucchini, onions and potatoes

A very light and tasty dish, you don't need to fry anything, the minimum amount of fat! I cooked for dinner, the whole family liked it.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips, salt, pepper and add seasonings, made without seasonings,
  2. Cut the onion into half rings.
  3. Potato slices, zucchini as well.
  4. Grease the baking dish with a small amount of sunflower oil and lay out our products alternately zucchini, fillets, onions, potatoes.
  5. Next, we make the filling: mix the sour cream, egg, garlic, salt, pepper and pour the fillet with vegetables (there is not a lot of filling, since the zucchini also gives juice when baking). We send to the oven for 1-1.5 hours at 180 gr.
  6. 5 minutes before being ready, remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and send back to the oven. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
