  1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 ° C. I cook the marinade right in the baking dish. Add ground black pepper to olive oil, 1 tsp. basil, paprika and curry. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Add 0.5 tsp. salt. Mix.
  2. Divide the chicken legs into drumsticks and thighs, put them in a marinade dish and stir. Place in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Peel pods from seeds and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix all vegetables with olives and put on chicken pieces.
  4. Chop the tomatoes with juice and put on top of the vegetables. Pour in red wine, season with salt and sprinkle with the remaining basil. Send to the oven for another 40 minutes.
  5. Serve sprinkled with herbs. Winter rice as a side dish.
  6. You can also cook with dark olives.
