  1. First of all, we prepare the broth. We lay the set for the broth in a saucepan, pour cold water and bring to a boil.   6. We pay a little more attention to the leek - after cutting it, we wash it in cold water, wring it out, and sprinkle it with rice vinegar.
  7. When we dealt with the vegetables, we throw the chicken fillet into the broth, and leave it there until cooked. In the meantime, let's start frying vegetables. Do not fry for a long time, otherwise the vegetables will lose their crunchiness.
  8. In the process of frying, add soy sauce, and a few drops of sesame oil. After frying vegetables, we do the same with boiled chicken fillet.
  9. Just a little bit, so that a delicious blush appears on the meat. After that, cut the breast into slices.
  10. And now, when, practically, everything is ready, it remains to strain the rich broth and boil the noodles. We put the noodles in boiling salted water for a couple of minutes, then put them in a colander, and arrange them on plates.
  11. And then, fried vegetables, half a boiled egg (by the way, it’s better to cook a little soft-boiled), chicken breast, and all this stuff is poured with broth go into the plate.
