  1. Preheat the oven to 180-200C. Put wooden skewers in water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Prepare the marinade. Wash the mint, dry it, tear off the leaves and chop with a knife. Dispense juice from the lemon. Combine yogurt, lemon juice and mint in a bowl. Mix.
  3. Put the chicken fillet on a flat surface and brush with marinade. Leave the chicken for 5-7 minutes to marinate. Then sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds and roll into rolls so that the marinade is inside. String rolls on skewers.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side. The chicken should be browning. Transfer the fried rolls to a baking sheet or baking dish, cover with foil and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove the finished rolls from the skewers. Serve with green salad.
