This unusually effective in its presentation and quite hearty salad will not leave anyone indifferent, I advise everyone to try it!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the chicken breast until tender, chop finely into strips and fry with the onion in olive oil until golden brown. Cut the pineapple into two halves, carefully cut the pulp. Finely chop the pineapple pulp and also fry lightly in a pan (after such processing, the pineapple becomes a little softer, you can of course replace fresh pineapple with canned pieces, in this case they will not need to be fried).
  2. Mix pineapple with chicken breast, chop bell pepper into small cubes, season with yogurt. Put the finished salad in a slide in the pineapple halves, sprinkle with grated cheese (or coconut) and garnish with tomato halves. This salad can be served cold or warm. Good appetite!
