You can make a light and healthy salad from boiled chicken breast, with aromatic tarragon, dressed not with mayonnaise, but with natural yogurt. Fresh cherries will make the salad even more delicious. In winter, cherries can be replaced with frozen cherries, which must first be defrosted and dried.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine yoghurt, honey, and Dijon mustard. Grate lemon zest and add to yogurt. Add chopped tarragon leaves, black ground pepper, salt there. Season with lemon juice to taste.
  2. Cut the boiled chicken breast into strips, remove the bones from the cherries and cut them in half, chop the walnuts. Finely chop the celery stalks. In a large bowl, combine chicken breast, chopped nuts, cherries and celery stalks.
  3. Season the salad with yoghurt dressing, stir and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
