The dish is low in calories, but with a rich taste. For a non-dietary option, you can take minced meat from the thigh, add a couple of tablespoons of cheese inside, and grease the top with sour cream

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut off the skin and grate on a coarse grater. Season with salt to taste, stir and leave for half an hour for the zucchini to juice. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and skin and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Mince the chicken, onion, and garlic. Add a dash of ground pepper mixture and salt to taste. Add eggs. Add finely chopped dill. Mix well.
  3. Grated zucchini must be squeezed well so that a large amount of liquid does not escape during baking. Add the zucchini to the minced chicken. Stir.
  4. A baking dish with a diameter of 18-20 cm. Grease with oil. Gently spread the chicken and courgette mixture over the entire mold. Brush with yogurt. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Remove casserole from oven, sprinkle with cheese and re-place in oven for 10 minutes.
