Chicken and cheese stuffed peppers are a great option for an enjoyable winter dinner. Healthy and tasty.

  1. Prepare the required ingredients. Cut the peppers in half horizontally and scrub the insides. Leave the tails so that each half has a bottom.
  2. For the filling, you need to cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, about 1 × 1 cm.
  3. Process the tomatoes. For easy peeling, dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute.
  4. Remove the skin and cut the tomatoes into 0.5 x 0.5 cm cubes.
  5. Finely chop the onion separately.
  6. Combine chopped chicken fillet, chopped tomatoes and onion. Add salt and pepper, 3 tbsp. l. yoghurt without additives. Mix everything thoroughly.
  7. Now on a baking sheet on which the chicken in pepper will be cooked, put the halves of the pepper. Put the chicken filling in each half. Send for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees.
  8. After 40 minutes, remove the baking sheet and sprinkle each pepper with grated cheese. Place in the oven for another 10 minutes to melt the cheese and form a crust.
  9. The pepper stuffed with chicken and cheese is ready. Enjoy your meal!
