Pre-fry the legs until half cooked in a small amount of vegetable oil. Put the washed rice and frozen vegetables in a greased dish, mix. Place the legs on the mixture.
Mix the cream with milk and mayonnaise, pour the mixture into the mold and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Then pour a glass of hot water into the rice and cook for another 20 minutes (until the rice is done). Can be placed under the grill.
When serving chicken with vegetables and rice, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
