Agree that in the arsenal of every housewife there should be a recipe for a rich soup, prepared in just 25 minutes. (and not from a bag!). Moreover, its taste and appearance can be changed several times. One has only to put mussels or squid rings instead of shrimp, Chinese cabbage instead of leeks, and replace carrots with celery or parsnips, and you will have a new dish. And the cooking time will remain the same.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the leeks well and cut into circles (not rings!). Peel the carrots and also cut into thin slices. Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the fish into 5 cm pieces. Leave the shrimps whole.
  2. Pour broth and soy sauce into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add fish and shrimp pieces and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the leeks and carrots to the soup and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add garlic and hot pepper, cover the soup and let it brew for 10 minutes.
  5. In many Chinese recipes, vegetables and herbs are not boiled, but laid at the very end of cooking, literally for 1-2 minutes. Vegetables are slightly crispy and retain more vitamins.
