Chinese Style Grilled Chicken Fried Rice

This dish will appeal to lovers of Asian and Chinese cuisine, chicken, pilaf, or, more simply, almost everyone.

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 tbsp. l. butter, garlic and ginger, salt and pepper, add rice, mix thoroughly and put on medium heat. Pour in exactly 1.5 cups of boiling water, stir, cover tightly and cook over low heat for exactly 13 minutes. Then wrap the pan in a blanket and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Chop the white part of the green onion thinly; cut the green one obliquely into 2 cm pieces. Pour the corn and green peas with boiling water for 5 minutes, then fold them onto a sieve.
  3. Disassemble the chicken meat into small pieces, removing from the bone. Mix the chicken thoroughly with the Asian Seasoning.
  4. In a wok or large skillet, heat the remaining oil, add the white portion of the green onions, and fry for 30 seconds. Add chicken, fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add rice and green onions, as well as corn and green peas. Season with chili to taste, salt and pepper. Heat over high heat, stirring all the time, for 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately with soy sauce.
