I am sure that both adults and children dream of receiving such a beautiful, bright, large, mega-chocolate "pizza" as a gift!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the necessary foods. Wash the berries and dry the nuts (I have cashews, but any other options will do). Take a split form (I have a diameter of 26 mm), cover the bottom with cling film and clamp it with a side.
  2. Cut the strawberries lengthwise into 4 parts, leave the black currants whole. It is better to take fresh berries, but currants can be taken frozen, but melt and dry on a paper towel before use.
  3. Break the bitter chocolate into small slices and melt in a water bath or in another way convenient for you. While the chocolate is heating, you can dip whole strawberries and currants into it for decoration and put away in the cold.
  4. When the chocolate is completely melted, gently pour it onto the bottom of a split mold covered with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until it grasps slightly.
  5. Decorate, still soft chocolate "pizza", pressing lightly with your hands into the chocolate, strawberries, black currants and nuts, sprinkle with sugar on top. The berries are still sour, and the chocolate is bitter, so it's better to add sweets! Put it back in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens completely, about 1 hour.
  6. Get the "pizza" out of the refrigerator, gently run along the sides with a knife and separate the bottom from the split form, remove the cling film from the bottom. Cut it into segments with a knife, and you can invite everyone to taste this delicacy, or you can beautifully pack it and give your friends this sweet gift!
  7. You don't have to bother with a large detachable form, but make small, portioned mini-pizzas, on saucers, with a different set of berries and fruits. Enjoy your meal!
