  1. Separate the yolks from the eggs.
  2. Stir half of the sugar with the yolks. Beat the second with proteins, you should get a thick white mass.
  3. Sift starch with flour.
  4. Add egg yolks and baking soda to the proteins, and stir.
  5. Pour the flour over the eggs.
  6. Stir with a spatula.
  7. Pour the dough into the pastry envelope. You can take a regular package and cut off the edge.
  8. Cover the pan with baking paper. Squeeze the cookies. Sausages should be about five inches. Leave some space in between. Sponge cake dough will rise.
  9. Sprinkle with powder. After five minutes, sprinkle again and send in the oven.
  10. In a quarter of an hour to get. Willingness to check with a toothpick.
