Delicious cake! Instead of blueberries, you can use any fresh or frozen berries, and for a more interesting taste when assembling the cake, you can add a couple of spoons of jam or jam.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Add softened butter to it.
  3. Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder separately in a bowl.
  4. Beat eggs with sugar 200 g, the volume should increase significantly. Then add dry mixture (flour, cocoa, baking powder) and chocolate mass. Grease the parchment and the walls of the mold with a thin layer of butter. Bake the biscuit in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Allow the biscuit to cool and cut into random pieces, about 2 cm thick.
  5. Beat 200 g of yogurt with sugar, add cottage cheese and whisk again in a blender. Pour gelatin 3 tbsp. l. cold water and let it swell. Then put the bowl of gelatin in a deeper bowl of hot water and let the gelatin dissolve completely. Then you can continue to beat in a blender, but I recommend pouring the cream into a bowl and gradually pouring the slightly cooled gelatin into it, continue beating with a mixer, so the cream turns out to be much more fluffy. When the cake is further soaked and cooled, the cream will not be like a soufflé, it will be soft, tender and fluffy. At the very end, add blueberries to the cream.
  6. To assemble the cake, lay out the deep dishes (bowl, saucepan) with cling film so that the edges of the film protrude beyond the edges of the bowl. Then we dip each piece of biscuit in our cream and randomly put it in a bowl, on a film. And so on, layer by layer, until the bowl is completely full. We wrap the edges of the film on top of the future cake and cover with a lid or just a plate. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  7. Optionally, the cake can be decorated with chocolate or berries to your taste!
  8. Enjoy your meal!
