Chocolate cake

Chocolate cake is very easy to cook and does not require many ingredients.

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 250 grams of dark chocolate
• 50 g of oil
• 75 g of mascarpone
• 2 tablespoons of honey (liquid)
• 50 g of ground almonds

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200 * C.
2. Grease the mold with oil.
3. Separate the yolks from the proteins.
4. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan, and add the butter in small portions. Stir constantly.
5. Remove the chocolate from the heat, and add the mascarpone, honey, egg yolks, and almond powder. Mix everything well.
6. Beat the whites until thick. Slowly add to the chocolate mass.
7. Put the dough in a baking dish. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 180 * C and leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
