Chocolate cookies decorated with icing will give your soul mate a good mood in the morning and will remind you of your feelings all day long.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath. Cool slightly.
  2. Mix flour with salt, baking powder.
  3. Use a mixer to beat soft butter and sugar.
  4. Add egg, chocolate, stir.
  5. Add dry ingredients, stir.
  6. Put the dough on a floured work surface and knead the dough a little, then form a ball and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  7. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out a layer of dough 0.5 cm thick.Use curly cuttings to make cookie blanks and carefully transfer them to a sheet covered with parchment or a non-stick mat.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
  9. Prepare the icing. Beat the protein until fluffy, add powdered sugar in several stages, then lemon juice.
  10. To create a pink icing, set aside a couple tablespoons of icing and mix with a teaspoon of raspberry puree. If there is no ready-made puree, then it is easy to make it by rubbing raspberries through a sieve.
  11. Using a piping bag with a narrow nozzle, apply the glaze to the outline, then fill it. In order to draw hearts, apply a few drops of raspberry glaze with a toothpick onto the white glaze and gently draw a clean toothpick from top to bottom through all the raspberry dots.
  12. Return the cookies with icing to the sheet, put in the oven and "dry" at 50 degrees for literally 5-7 minutes.
  13. The icing chocolate chip cookie is ready.
