This recipe, among other things, is great because you don't have to turn on the oven. So, this sweetness can be prepared by anyone - including an independent child and anywhere - even in the country, even in the forest, in a tent. The main thing is to have everything you need with you and learn how to melt chocolate.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put dark chocolate with butter and syrup (honey) in a heat-resistant bowl, place the bowl in a water bath in a large saucepan, one-third filled with mildly boiling water. Stir until almost all of the chocolate has melted, then remove from the bath and leave until the chocolate pieces are completely melted.
  2. Chop hazelnuts, finely chop cherries. Mash the cookies into small crumbs with a rolling pin or crush, stir in the chocolate mixture, puffed rice, nuts and cherries.
  3. Cover the square shape with parchment paper, spread the mixture on top of it, compact and level the surface. Cool completely, 1 tsp.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a clean bowl in the same way, in a water bath, cool slightly and draw any patterns on the surface of the cakes. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, then cut into pieces and serve.
