Light and airy dessert Tiramisu will not leave anyone indifferent ...

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare all the ingredients
  2. If there is no ready-made Savoyardi cookies, then we cook it ourselves. To do this, we separate the whites from the yolks. We take 2 yolks and mix them thoroughly with 30 g of sugar. In a separate bowl, beat 3 egg whites and 30 g sugar
  3. Add the resulting mixture of yolks and sifted flour to the carefully beaten whites. Whisk.
  4. We bake the resulting mixture in a multicooker on the Baking mode for 1 hour.
  5. Three coarsely grated dark chocolate
  6. Separately prepare strong coffee and cool
  7. Beat the Mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and 1 tbsp. l. chilled coffee
  8. Cool the cooked biscuit cake, cut it into 4 pieces
  9. Dip each quarter in chilled coffee so that it has time to soak and put it on a dish
  10. Spread the mixture of Mascarpone cheese on top, then put the soaked coffee crust again and also carefully grease the top of our dessert with Mascarpone cheese
  11. Sift cocoa powder through a sieve, sprinkle with grated chocolate
  12. Also, sift the icing sugar through a sieve and put the dessert in the refrigerator for 4 hours so that it is soaked in cream
  13. We take out the previously prepared borscht, exotic rolls, pilaf and serve dessert. Enjoy your meal!)
