  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Remove the bone from the dates, peel the avocado. If the avocado is large, use half. Grind avocados and dates with a blender until puree.
  2. Mix melted chocolate with cocoa, vanilla and date-avocado mixture. Stir well and leave to cool in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  3. Roll into round candies and roll in chopped nuts, coconut or sesame seeds.
