Add eggs and yolks, zucchini, apples, dried apricots, crackers, chopped pistachios to the minced meat. Combine Worcestershire sauce with mustard, ketchup, paprika, salt and pepper, add to the minced meat, mix thoroughly.
  5. Place the minced meat in the prepared bacon pan, wrap the ends of the bacon over the meat, and cut out a piece of parchment to accurately cover the surface of the minced meat. Place the dish in a deep baking sheet with water, place in the bottom third of the oven. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
  6. Turn on the grill in the oven at 220 ° C. Gently drain the liquid formed in the form (use it when cooking beans), remove the paper. Turn the casserole onto a baking sheet lined with clean parchment and place under the grill to brown the bacon, 5 minutes. Serve with green beans.
