Food should not only be tasty, but also healthy. Therefore, there is no oil or mayonnaise in my recipe. The benefits of red fish can hardly be overestimated, and steamed vegetables, with which this dish is served, also retain all their useful properties. This dish can and should be eaten by both children and adults. The taste and aroma are extraordinary!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the fish, but so as not to cut the belly. Salt a little inside and out. After that, make cuts across the carcass.
  2. Prepare a mixture of spices: a little salt, ground black and white pepper, ground coriander, crushed lemon balm or mint (3-4 leaves), crushed dill, about a third of the lemon (previously frozen and grated with the zest on a fine grater).
  3. Place the prepared mixture into the cuts made in the carcass, coat the carcass with the remains, place it in a container, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
  4. Boil the rice, put it in a colander, let it cool slightly. Chop the champignons, chop the onion. Combine the ingredients, adding salt, black pepper and bay leaf to taste in the process.
  5. Take out the fish, stuff it with rice and mushrooms, put it in a heat-resistant sleeve, pour over the resulting juice, tie the sleeve on both sides and, after making 3-4 punctures, put in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180ºC. After cooking, cut the top of the sleeve, put the oven on the "grill" mode and place the baking sheet under the very top for 3-4 minutes to create a crispy crust.
  6. Boil vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower, carrots, potatoes) until tender. You can add your favorite spices and herbs to the water to add flavor to the vegetables.
  7. Put the fish on a dish, garnish with parsley leaves, lemon slices, put vegetables next to it. You can serve it on the table! Enjoy your meal!
