A simple, cozy pie for homemade tea.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add egg, sour cream. Mix. Pour in flour sifted and mixed with baking powder and salt. Collect the dough in a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for one hour.
  2. For the filling, scald oranges and lemon with boiling water, cut into slices and remove the seeds. Scroll in a meat grinder or blender. Add sugar, stir, add cinnamon stick and star anise. Put on fire until sugar dissolves. Dissolve the starch in water and pour into the citrus mass. Constantly stirring to bring to thickening. Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon and star anise.
  3. Divide the dough into 2/3 and 1/3 roll out most of the dough and transfer to the mold (I have 26 cm). Make bumpers. Chop the dough and sprinkle with semolina or oatmeal (1 tablespoon). Put the filling on the dough. Roll out the second part and cut into strips. Place the strips on top of the pie in a wire rack. Or you can cut out different figures with molds and put them on the filling. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 grams for 30-35 minutes. Allow the finished cake to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
