Clafoutis is most often prepared with cherries. But with cherries, this French pie is no less good.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove the seeds from the cherries. Melt 2/3 of the butter, cool.
  2. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl, add flour. While whisking, add the melted butter, then portions of sugar, vanilla sugar and finally cream.
  3. Grease the portioned baking tins with oil, put the cherries on the bottom, cover with dough. Place the molds in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 10 minutes, then remove. Decrease oven temperature to 170 ° C.
  4. Cut the remaining butter into thin slices, spread it over the surface of the clafoutis and return the mold to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Check the doneness by piercing the center of the pie with the tip of a knife: if it remains dry, the clafoutis is ready.
