  2. - we defrost the squid, clean it, rinse it under running water, then send it to a saucepan with boiling water and boil it for 4 minutes. Then we take it out of the pan, put it on a sieve, let it drain off excess moisture and cut it into small cubes;
  3. - cut the salmon fillet into small cubes;
  4. - generously sprinkle the defrosted shrimps with lemon juice. Peel the garlic, three finely and add it to the shrimp, seasoning with black pepper on top. We marinate for 10-15 minutes;
