  1. Beat the softened butter with sugar until a tender fluffy mass is formed. Beat eggs in another bowl, add eggs to butter mixture and stir. Sift flour there, add oatmeal, salt and baking powder. Knead the dough with your hands.
  2. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out the figurines with a cookie cutter.
  3. Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet. Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Prepare the icing: for this, beat the egg white until a thick white foam, add the powdered sugar and beat until the sugar dissolves. Spread the icing on the cooled cookies and garnish with coconut flakes
