I offer a recipe for a nut-coffee cake with condensed milk for baking on a festive table. The cake is easy to prepare, delicious and always turns out.

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. Cooking dough.
  4. Pour coffee with hot boiled water. Stir until it is completely dissolved. Cool down.
  5. Place the softened butter, sugar in a mixing bowl and beat.
  6. Add eggs and continue beating.
  7. Add flour and baking powder to the whipped mass. Mix the dough well.
  8. Next, pour the already cooled coffee into the dough, mix. Add nuts and mix with a spatula.
  9. We bake cakes.
  10. To do this, put half the dough into a greased form (I have a diameter of 24 cm). We bake the cake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. We remove the finished cake from the mold and cool on the table.
  11. The second cake is baked in the same way.
  12. Cooking cream.
  13. Pour coffee with hot boiled water, stir until it dissolves and cool (as for dough).
  14. Beat softened butter with boiled condensed milk with a mixer. Pour in the cooled coffee while continuing to whisk.
  15. The finished cream must be cooled in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  16. Each cake is cut into two. It is convenient to do this with a thread.
  17. The result is 4 cakes.
  18. We collect the cake.
  19. Put the first cake on a dish or a cake mold, grease it with cream. We spread the next cake on top, soak it with syrup and spread the cream on it. We do the same with the third and fourth cakes.
  20. Sprinkle the sides of the cake with crushed nuts.
  21. We send coffee cake with nuts and condensed milk to the refrigerator for several hours.
  22. Decorate the cake with mushroom cookies.
