Instead of ham, you can put shrimp in this soup. And you can prepare an absolute

  1. 1. Wash cucumbers and apples, peel them; remove seeds from apples. Grate cucumbers and apples on a coarse grater, sprinkle generously with lemon juice, sprinkle with powdered sugar and mix; put in a bowl. Pour in apple juice and yogurt. 2. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop coarsely. Cut the ham into thin strips. Wash the mint and chop finely. 3. Whip the cream and add it gently to the soup. Add eggs, ham and mint and season with salt to taste. Stir and refrigerate for 1 hour. Tip Instead of ham, you can put shrimp in this soup.
