Cold Baku Cucumber Soup with Salmon and Almond Petals

This soup is prepared very quickly and is served with lightly salted salmon on croutons.

Ingredients

• fish broth 50 ml
• cucumbers 170 g
• dill to taste
• lightly salted salmon 50 g
• baked croutons 2 g
• celery 10 g
• almond petals for decoration

Directions

1. Peel and cut the cucumbers.
2. Then pour into a mixer and beat together with fish broth and dill. Serve with a crouton lined with lightly salted salmon, cucumber, almond petals and micro-herbs.
