Cold soup "Gaspacho"

Directions

  1. Place bread, garlic, oregano, parsley in a food processor and chop all ingredients well. Add vinegar, olive oil and beat again until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
  2. Place peppers, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and olives separately in a food processor and chop coarsely. Place in a bowl. Add tomato juice, salt, pepper and mix well. Try to see if there is enough seasoning, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Add feta and serve soup cold.
