Unusual cookies made from boiled beans under lemon glaze with pistachios. Your guests will never guess what the cookie is made of.

Ingredients

  1. Soak 0.5 cups of red beans in 3 cups of water overnight. Grind the boiled beans with a blender.

  3. Melt the butter. Beat the eggs well, add sugar, vanillin, cocoa, red beans chopped with a blender to the egg mixture. Stir, add sour cream, 1 tsp. baking soda quenched with vinegar. Gradually add flour to the mixture and knead the dough until it begins to lag behind your hand. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 25-30 minutes.
