I found the recipe for this cookie in a German magazine about 20 years ago. It has become a tradition to cook Easter bunnies with children. Delicious, bright handmade cookies have become a decoration of the Easter table and a holiday gift for friends.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In the bowl of the planetary mixer, beat the butter and icing sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time. At low speed, add sifted flour with soda, vanilla. Mix for about 1 min. Wrap the resulting dough in foil and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Roll out the dough in parts between two layers of film with a layer of about 1 cm Cut out figures of hares with molds or a knife according to cut out cardboard templates
  4. Put on baking paper on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 150-170 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool, apply icing sugar (mix powdered sugar and lemon juice in a deep bowl). Put pieces of marmalade, marshmallows, colored sprinkles, sugar balls on the wet glaze. Finish the already dried bunny figures with chocolate icing from a pastry bag.
