  2. Sprinkle a wooden board with a small amount of wheat flour and spread the defrosted dough. We roll it out with a rolling pin. The thickness of the dough should be approximately 1-2 mm.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix 100 g of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything lightly with a tablespoon. Sprinkle the resulting mixture over the dough. You can distribute it evenly over the entire area with your hand or with the same spoon.
  4. After sprinkling the dough with salt and sugar, roll the dough a little more with a rolling pin. Then we turn the dough sheet over to the other side and also sprinkle with salt and sugar, distributing them by hand.
  5. Roll out the dough lightly with a rolling pin and begin to wrap it. First, we roll the dough into a roll from one side to the middle, then in the same way on the other.
  6. Fold the corner of a square sheet of parchment paper and place the wrapped dough inside the fold. Wrap the dough completely in paper and put it in the freezer for a quarter of an hour.
  7. After 15 minutes, we take out the blank from the freezer and cut the dough with a sharp knife into pieces 4-5 mm thick.
  8. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and place the cookie cutters on it. Leave a small distance between the dough so that the cookies do not stick together during baking.
  9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and set the cookies to bake for 7 minutes.
  10. After 7 minutes, we take out the cookies from the oven. By this time, they will slightly increase and brown. Turn the cookies over to the other side and set them to bake in the oven for 5 minutes. We leave the same temperature - 200 degrees.
  11. After 5 minutes, the cookies are completely ready. We take it out of the oven and put it on a beautiful dish. It is crispy, sweet, and has a beautiful golden hue. You can serve these cookies with tea or coffee.
