  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, a pinch of salt, ground ginger, you can add cinnamon. We mix.
  2. Cut the butter into cubes and rub it into the flour mixture until finely crumbled. Add honey and mix. You will get a slightly damp dough that easily clumps into lumps.
  3. Roll out balls of the size of a walnut from the dough, gently roll in a bowl of sugar so that each ball is completely covered with it. We spread it on parchment at a distance from each other. Press each one lightly with the bottom of the glass.
  4. Set the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cracks form in the cookies, it is important that they are also baked and become golden brown. Do not touch them until they cool completely, they will be fragile. But when they cool down, they will become flat, beautiful and durable. From a given amount of dough, about 15-18 pieces will turn out, depending on the initial balls, of course. It is better to do several parties, otherwise they will be blurred unnecessarily.
