Recipe for making corn porridge.

  1. Soak raisins.
  2. Rinse the corn grits, put in a saucepan, cover with hot water, salt, season with salt, oil and raisins.
  3. Stir, cover the pan and cook in the oven until soft. Remove the porridge from the oven, stir. Add extra oil if desired and place in the oven again (without lid). Cook until golden brown.
