  1. Drive 2 raw chicken eggs into a deep container.
  2. Add 1/2 bag of vanillin (for flavor) and 100 g of sugar to the eggs.
  3. We take a whisk and carefully rub the contents of the container with it.
  4. When the contents of the container become homogeneous, add 50 ml of vegetable oil to it (be sure to take odorless oil).
  5. Once again, mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
  6. In another container, mix 250 g of corn flour with 1 tsp. baking powder.
  7. Gradually (in portions) add flour to the egg mixture and knead the dough.
  8. The finished dough is not too thick and rather crumbly (it looks like porridge in consistency).
  9. Cover the container with the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let stand in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  10. After a specified period of time, pour a little boiled water into a small bowl.
  11. Lightly moisten your hands in this water, and then pinch off a small piece of dough (about the size of a walnut).
  12. We form a ball from the dough and put it on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment for baking.
  13. Putting the "bun" on a baking sheet, lightly press on it, giving it the shape of a small cake.
  14. We do this manipulation with the rest of the test. Cookies should be placed on a baking sheet at a distance of about 1.5 cm from each other.
  15. On top of each cookie, put a piece of walnut (you will need about 50 g in total) and slightly press it inward with your finger.

  17. After a specified period of time, we take out the baking sheet from the oven, let the liver cool slightly and transfer it to a serving dish.
