Pasta in Carbonara creamy sauce is one of the favorite Italian dishes in our family. Delicate spaghetti in a creamy cheese sauce with crispy bacon simply tempts with their amazing combination.

  1. Prepare the required ingredients. Cut the bacon into thin slices. Peel the garlic. Wash basil, dry, cut into thin strips.
  2. Pour spaghetti into a saucepan with a lot of boiling salted water, cook according to the instructions on the package. Then fold in a colander.
  3. While the spaghetti is boiling, prepare the Carbonara sauce. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry bacon and garlic until golden brown, remove from the pan.
  4. Whisk the yolks and cream. Add grated Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the remaining fat. Cook until thick.
  5. Add hot spaghetti, bacon and basil to the sauce. Stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese when serving. Enjoy your meal!
