Creamy Chicken Soup with Wild Rice

  1. Finely chop the carrots and onions, wash the chicken and dry it.
  2. In a mixture of butter and olive oil in a deep saucepan with a thick bottom, fry the carrots and onions until transparent, add the chicken pieces.
