  1. Boil 2 liters of water. During this time we clean the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Dip the potatoes in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. We take onions and carrots, peel and rinse. Cut the onion into cubes, rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Then we wash and cut the mushrooms into slices.
  4. Preheat the pan, pour in the vegetable oil. We spread vegetables and mushrooms. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.
  5. When the vegetables are fried, add them to the soup and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
  6. Cut the processed cheese into cubes. We wash and finely chop the greens.
  7. Add milk (or cream) and cheese curds to the soup. Salt and pepper to taste. We give the mushroom soup to a boil and remove it from the heat. Put the herbs and let the soup brew under the lid for another 10 minutes.
