  1. Cut the onion into half rings, large mushrooms into 4 parts
  2. Heat a frying pan, fry the onion in vegetable oil, add mushrooms, add cream after 3-5 minutes. Simmer until tender. Add oregano
  3. Add vegetable oil to a preheated pan, pour dry rice, salt, mix. Add a glass of hot water, cook until tender without lifting the lid over medium heat
  4. Add the finished rice to the mushrooms, mix.
