I am sharing an interesting way of cooking potatoes. It turns out incredibly tasty! Spicy, aromatic and slightly sweet potatoes baked in a peel will appeal to everyone.

  1. Wash the potatoes well, dry them.
  2. Boil water and salt, add potatoes. Reduce heat slightly and simmer for about 15-18 minutes, until half cooked.
  3. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Transfer the potatoes to the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the potatoes from the oven and cool.
  4. Brush with vegetable oil, season with salt and spices.
  5. Press down gently with a glass or mug. Brush the potatoes with vegetable oil additionally. Bake the potatoes until crispy. Approximately 35-40 minutes.
