  1. 1. Boil all the water. Take one glass of water to prepare the syrup, and leave the rest to cool.
  2. 2. Prepare the syrup: pour a glass of water into a saucepan and add a glass of sugar. While stirring, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
  3. 3. Wash the lemons and squeeze the juice out of them. Wash cucumbers, chop and send to the blender bowl. Put mint leaves there. Grind everything into puree. If there is no blender, then grate the cucumber on a fine grater. Finely chop the mint.
  4. 4. Strain the resulting puree through a fine sieve and cheesecloth. Mix cucumber-mint juice, lemon juice, water and syrup.
