Cupcake with Yogurt and Cocoa

I would like to share a recipe for a delicious cake with chocolate filling. Delicate and airy, it just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

• flour - 180 g
• butter - 130 g
• brown sugar - 200 g
• baking powder - 1 tbsp. l.
• egg - 3 pcs.
• yogurt - 150 ml
• cocoa - 40 g
• water - 90 g

Directions

1. Mix sugar and butter, gradually add eggs.
2. Add some of the flour mixed with baking powder, mix and add the yogurt. Mix again and add the rest of the flour. Separate 1/3 part into a separate bowl.
3. Mix cocoa with water and add to a smaller part of the dough. Mix everything well.
4. Grease the mold with oil and pour out some of the white dough, then carefully pour out the dark and cover everything with the light dough.
5. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 45-55 minutes.
6. Decorate with powdered sugar and chocolate chips. Enjoy your tea!
